e ti fa schifo l'anfora incrociata? XD per eseguirla bisogna avere la schiena snodata, e anche per questo motivo non riesco a farla... sono peggio di un pezzo di legno!!!
Poi vabbè... pure perchè non posso tirare il ginocchio, quindi la faccio semplice. E nemmeno mi riesce bene

io l'anfora in avanti faccio ancora fatica a tenerla , però riesco a tenerla di più all' indietro !!!! è una figura bellissima

questa è una storia d' amore vista anche da fuori
